THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS TIME IN THE NATURAL WORLD....THERE IS SUCH A THING AS RHYTHM - ALAN WATTS
In this time we are saturated with information. Technology provides us with an endless stream of color and sounds. It is an extension of us. And it can be absorbing. This was a motivation in the organization of my work. It is my hope that walking into this exhibit will provide an organic saturation of creation. Every piece has been made with my hands with late nights and low budgets. They don't have the energy of a computer screen. They have a natural texture and color that can't be captured with a screen. An organic connection. Technology has allowed us to connect to one another with ease. This exhibit is also about our co-connectedness. The unity we hold despite our individualities. This may be difficult to see at times without the full picture. I only hope to show a glimpse of the shadow of the full pciture. These works depict growth and I have grown while I have made them.
